Return Policy

Return Items Menu

Please note that when making an order with DJewelry.co you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.

1. All return requests must be submitted online. Do not call with return issues. Do not fax any returns.

2. We do not accept returns after 7 days of the package being delivered, you must submit return request within this time period.

3. All sales are final. We will only accept items if they are shipped incorrectly or defectively.

4. We do not accept returns for Dozen Pack items, Closeout items and items that have lost crystals, beads or stones. However, we can send lose ones to replace the misplaced ones.

5. Qualifying items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn.This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke.

6. We must receive the return items with in 7 days of the return quest being submitted.

7. Each step in the return approval must be followed to receive an exchange or a full credit if that item is not in stock.

8. Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.

9. We will credit up to $2.00 the return shipping if all directions are followed.

10. We do not credit delivery confirmation or packing supplies.

11. We do not accept returns that have been purchased through the showroom or trade shows. The showroom/trade show's policy states that all items are final sale and must be checked before leaving the store.

12. We do not accept any items that are not preapproved, these items will be refused and returned to sender.

13. We will replace any return item with the same exact item. If the item is not available a store credit will be given. Return items are sent out using the customer's shipping credit and if the item is not available, store credits are applied to the customer's next order after it is made.
