Terms and Policy
- Minimum INTERNET ORDER IS $50.00 per ordering session, this does not include shipping.
- Minimum $100.00 purchase in our Showroom.
- We sell wholesale only to approved persons who have an actual Fashion related State Sales Tax Certificate number. For tax ID number information, please contact IRS for state requirement.
- We do not ship COD, no exceptions.
- Emartwholesale does not guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime.
- If a customer chooses to make an order with Emartwholesale and wants to give the credit card information over the phone, they would chose the phone order option at time of check out. Phone orders are held for 24 business hours, after that point they will be canceled. It is the customer's responsibility to contact with payment within the time limit. Do not call or fax in orders.
- If an order is made before 2 PM EST, it will be shipped out same day. If it is made after 2 PM EST it will be shipped the following business day.
- Emartwholesale is not responsible for incorrect address deliveries that the customer inputted, any charges that occur due to this will be charged to the customer. Please make sure the shipping address is correct.
- Shipping options are at the checkout point. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and destination charges per Fedex if upgraded shipping is chosen otherwise please view our shipping policy for flat rate shipping. PLEASE NOTE: DOZEN PACK ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES.We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the Fedex tracking number once your order is shipped.You can also log into your account and choose "Order tracking" then click the tracking number for easy tracking. Tracking numbers are available at the end of the business day of the day of shipment.
- All sales are FINAL. We do not credit cards. We will only credit your account with us if an item is received defectively or incorrectly. If that occurs the customer must contact Emartwholesale by email (returns@emartwholesale.com) with 3 days upon delivery.
- All returns must be approved before sent. The item must be in its original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receiving an approval email.
- Any item not in original packaging and not received by given date will not be given a credit for item or shipping cost. Delivery confirmation will not be credited.Emartwholesale is not responsible for any damage that occurs to any item after it is received by the customer.
- Upon receiving, customers should review their invoice and items to ensure correct shipment. Each order is shipped with an invoice that has a picture and shipped amount for easy stock check. Invoices are also viewable by logging into "my account" and choosing "order tracking."
- Emartwholesale does not share or distribute your personal information with anyone, EVER. Customers information is stored in an encrypted data base and is only viewable by the owner of the website.
